Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh

Yesterday's visitors weren't sure when they would be in Edinburgh or for how long.  I had therefore booked two days off to ensure I didn't miss the opportunity to see them.  The result was a week day on leave with no plans, other than one short meeting which would I didn't want to miss.

Really pleasant sunny afternoon in the gardens, with a book I'm struggling to get through but hope will be worth the effort.  The wind was up at times, but it was warm and not helping to lift the muggy feeling.
