Hardwick Hall Visit

We finally got round to visiting Hardwick Hall today, in a day which started off quite wet but brightened up nicely in the afternoon. The initials ES in the turrets are for the Elizabeth Shrewsbury.   The box hedge in the foreground has had a severe trim which gives me some hope that the hedge I attacked quite heavily in our garden will recover if the experts do it also.
