Ruben was much better today - up on his feet and walking about. Even having a little run and jumping up onto the chair! I spent the whole day till about 5.30 inside with him as it really was too hot for dogs. When Jess and Jack came in I was able to go out and have a dip in the pool which was at 30 degrees!!!! 

Jess and Jack did tea tonight - burgers, salad and potato wedges. Another very yummy meal even though the wedges took about three hours! Oven's in holiday places are often a bit shit.
