Grey Heron

You will notice that this is not the young one today. Unfortunately she didn't show up today (neither did the youngest one). Doesn't happen very often but it was windy and she doesn't like the wind. The male and the older female did appear both times so this is a shot of the male for a change. I am sure the young one will be back tomorrow. I had just started feeding the older female when I heard a loud squawk, when I looked round it was the crow standing on the fence right next to me staring at me. He\she (not sure how to tell the difference) is almost eating from my hand. I laid a bit of fish beside it and it picked it up and flew off.
