Sufficient

Out East on the bike mid-morning and then hooked up with my partner at Longniddry Bents on the way back.

Quite hot, pretty sunny, I had a paddle and the sea felt alright. Cue swim - would have regretted it if I hadn't gone in, I know I would. On the way back to the car I glanced at the information board which told me that the bathing quality was rated as 'Sufficient'. One up from 'Poor'.

Out in the evening to see Joyride at the flicks. It weren't great.
