Sunrise

Lucky to see this very early this morning mainly because I wasn't well. Painful stomach ache and upset. Discovered later that the meal I had yesterday had cheese in it. I have a food intolerance to cheese and boy, did it make its presence felt. Feel totally wiped out. No volunteering today and doubt I'll go in tomorrow either :(
