A nondescript sort of day. 

Slight sadness looking at the garden view we have created and are now about turn our backs on

The Watcher, seems ever more disapproving every time I go past him. 

Hollie, just being Hollie. 

And some blackberries just coming to fruition in the summer humidity. 

Not a day of wild excitement but not a bad day overall. 

Lots to be thankful for. 


Oh and look out on Thursday. Wolverhampton is going to be on telly! 

The Commonwealth Games Cycling Time Trials will be happening in the city on Thursday 4th August, with large areas closed off for the event. We have a list of road closures but not concerned as we are not planning to go anywhere. We noticed today that the local council have made a huge effort to clean up the streets. No litter! Never seen the place looking so spick and span. 

I am so excited, I could crush a grape....
