If you look carefully you can see the black plastic hoses from the irrigation system that is emptying the Waterbutt.
However it is keeping this lot alive and flourishing, assisted by having the base of the seed troughs supported on 100 mm long pieces of copper pipe that defeat the slugs and snails.
