Unusual ?

I have always known this succulent (or a similar one) as a house leak as it was grown on old cottage roofs to block small holes where rain may get in..
However this one has grown a flower stalk about 30cm tall, it is in a border with alpines etc. I have put a close up in extras to show the beauty of the tiny flowers.
