Asked friends round for impromptu meal of burger in a bun and beer while watching the football! Impromptu get togethers are the best, especially when the Lionesses win Euro 2022 , 2-1. Watched it on our new TV in the garden room. Made an Eton mess for pudding, but because I'm managing on a very scaled back kitchen, the cream I whipped with a fork! It worked fine, but took a while!
