Busy Bee

It was my turn on the rota to give a lift to one of our elderly members to church. I misread the time on the clock when I woke and thought it was 7.40 .... just an hour out and the time was 8.40. I was picking Colin up at twenty past nine .... it was a bit of a rush but we made it time for our 10am service.

Still a dearth of butterflies but there are plenty of bees seeking out nectar and pollen. According to Google the nectar is for energy and the pollen, as well as being transferred from plant to plant providing pollination, provides protein and other nutrients needed by the bees.
