White on verbena

We've had a few white butterflies flirting around the garden today and I managed to capture this on the verbena with the good bokeh! Lots of tidying going on today as we have some very special visitors arriving tomorrow! 
You all got the mystery macro correctly identified as mushroom/toadstool gills. I am unsure how they have developed given how dry it has been!
