State Visit

Don’t think the pope* was making an unscheduled stopover in Street this morning though, judging by the state of this particular pope mobile, which happened to be parked next to the local VW garage, it could do with some running repairs,

On the subject of running, Chris joined us for the Park Run this morning after his break for holiday and illness and we all managed reasonable times.

Tonight Tess & I had a”date night” - a meal at a local pub followed by a visit to the Strode Theatre to see Baz Luhrman’s film, “Elvis”. 

* think this particular pope might already have “left the building”.
