Honesty by a rock

We have had a little rain but the drought continues and the land still looks parched. We were short of bellringers this morning but nevertheless managed to ring some quite nice rounds and call changes. We had a quick meeting afterwards to discuss incorporating a little more French into our services. Then it was off into the countryside for a Parish shared lunch at the home of one of our number. It was as ever convivial. Now I will settle down to watch the final of the women's football.
