It's all about perspective

Today I went to parkrun hoping for a pb - got one, by 2 seconds. I was hoping to go under 23 minutes which would have been an 18-second improvement. Still, 11 months ago at Camperdown parkrun 1 I was delighted to get round in 28:53 and never dreamed the day would come when I'd be faintly disappointed with 23:15. It's all about perspective.
And there's always next week.

P.S. the title has nothing to do with the photo, which is the least dull of the few I took today.
