an amazing after holiday club café service, the church was full and many parents came with their kids….such joy! this afternoon Elv & Gary came for a while…..because my legs have been aching lately and feeling very heavy and tired i have been using my Revitive the last couple of days and i must say it makes an amazing difference……just 30 minutes a day…..

Dinner will be asparagus and a lovely sausage left over from last week’s bbq ….not sure if i am going to watch the Lionesses tonight…..it just might be to much excitement….:):):)
