Emailed Rachel last night saying I would start an hour early today, and it worked because I managed it.

I was talking to Ma as I walked into the house in the evening, at a glance I somehow thought this was a person standing in my kitchen (I’m blaming the shoes).

Matt was at a work leaving do so I had the evening to myself, I did lots of cleaning and a workout and then ate lots of pizza.
