Pink

It's that time of the week already.

I moved all of the furniture around on my sitting room first thing and was feeling a bit sore.

Debated whether to take 45 or 50 minute pacer spot and opted for 45.  Paul chatted to me the whole way round and we came in at 45:01 which I was pleased with but I had to walk a bit on the second lap as I'd been too fast at the start. I want to be more even next time.

One of the volunteers had gone very pink for the occasion.

I sorted the tokens afterwards with Jim as I am RD next week
