Er Indoors & Er Indoors

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

Because I am a horrible husband I have not mentioned that Caro is ill. 

She came back from Tauranga earlier in the week with a scratchy throat and a headache. 

Uh-oh. Uh-oh. 

RONA ALERT!!!

We cancelled our weekend plans to catch up with Mo, Shenée and Craig and spent this weekend isolating just in case she's got the lurgy.

But she hasn't.

She does appear to have picked up a very mild cold, mind you. So it is as well she's avoiding company. However, she is now well on the road to recovery and the symptoms never actually worsened. 

Phew. 

She has been sleeping in the spare room though, to spare me from infection. Dr. Girlfriend LOVES this. The two have been curled up in there together all week and Caro has been sleeping in late, snuggled up to her little buddy. It's very sweet. 

I got this picture this morning, along with a request for a cup of coffee and a bowl of tuna fish. One doesn't like to ask for whom.
