Still Life in it?

Our car battery, went to start her yesterday and it was completely flat, not a flicker anywhere. Got the trusty Charger out and it has been doing it's job for just on 22 hours, reads "Full" but will it hold its charge? Have to wait until tomorrow to check that, This is not the original Battery, but according to the date code it is just on 9 years old, not bad!!
