Aromatics are go

Just about my longest-standing friend, who I have known since we were three or four, is in Edinburgh for the weekend. It is six or seven years since we last saw each other but the conversation just picked up where we had left it. Anyway, these are the aromatics for the grilled tomato salad we made in preparation (garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander stalks). Tasted pretty good. Great night.
