Hot!

MrM made us a mutton Gurkha curry for our evening meal. Unfortunately these home-grown chillis on the window sill in the spare room aren't quite ready yet, so he used some from the local shop. It was a deliciously fragrant curry but a tad on the hot side, and the cucumber and mint raita was a necessity rather than an optional extra! We had ice cream for dessert...
