Home Sweet Home.

Very busy at the moment, harvesting and processing fruit and veg from the garden. I'm freezing a lot stuff, filling the freezer with beans, broccoli, redcurrants, blackcurrants, gooseberries and today I'm going to make a tomato sauce with the glut of tomatoes to freeze. I might make some ratatouille as well. Pastures of plenty.
