The Borden Beauty

Other than to take my granddog Charley to get her hair done, I didn't get out today. My stomach problems continue, even though it is a mild case of diverticulitis. 

Elise the cow was created in 1936 by the Borden company. For a long time, she may have been the most famous cow in America. Now, the internet says the company had a demise in the mid 90's.

Even as attractive as Elsie was, she couldn't save the dairy company.
