Sizewell Beach
Just a stone’s throw from the huge nuclear power station is Sizewell beach.
Several people picnicking and jumping the waves as well as a few boats on the beach.
From Southwold you can see the power station, the huge white dome (looks like a huge golf ball) can be seen for miles.
From the beach here, you can see Southwold, the big white lighthouse being clearly visible.
Extra is of the power station, the decommissioned Sizewell A in the foreground.
Not the prettiest part of Suffolk!
Also went to Snape Maltings and Yoxford.
Back to Southwold for another game of putting, had dinner and watched some of the Commonwealth Games highlights.
….and it was sunny!
