Wistful

This morning I read an article about Beatrix Potter being a keen mycologist. Her watercolors of mushrooms are detailed and charming. 
As I was looking at blip journals this afternoon I saw JustAPic2day's  blip of a leather journal. It reminded me of my old leather watercolor/sketchpad book.
I think it would be fun to use it to try to paint some mushrooms.  
The background is a composite using some of Beatrix Potter's mushrooms. (Go large to see her fabulous mushrooms.)
