Salzburg #3

Salzburg has been a real surprise… looked like the weak link in our interrail plans but everyone has had a great time. A bit of air-conditioning has helped and a slight drop in the relentlessly high temperatures.

Hired some bikes for a gentle spin out to Hellbrunn (more Sound of Music), yielded to a long-requested McD’s lunch and then a horse-and-trap tour of the city centre.

This is a pretty place.
