Até Logo, Lisboa!

We’ve been trying to work out when our last visit here was. Blip helps, at least to say it was not in the last twelve years. Our memories say we had two trips in fairly quick succession in 2007- 9, or so. We say this because we had a fabulous lunch on the first visit and were frustrated trying to find the same restaurant on the second . . . driving past it on the way out of town, today, we think it was Pinóquios, at the lower end of Liberdades.

After, yesterday’s lovely dinner with amandoAlentejo and Mikedetrapia, we were out early at 7.45 to find a coffee place and our walk led us to this viewpoint over the Tagus. The walk reminded me of how I always loved and made a point of exploring cities as they woke up. A practice to be renewed!
