Another day, another flower...

This is the first daisy that has appeared in the garden so far this year. So I thought it only right that I mark the occasion with a blip.

I do like daisies. They make me think of long, hot summer days (remember those? No? We used to have them a loooooooong time ago...), sitting on the grass with a picnic and making daisy chains. They make me feel happy.

Something else that makes me feel happy is the fact that it's finally Saturday! Four hours of work to go and then my weekend officially begins. I have nothing exciting planned tonight, just relaxing on the sofa with Matt and H and the usual accompaniment of olives, beers (strictly strawberry milkshake for young Master H, of course), Britain's Got Talent (H loves it, so we all watch it together, complete with imaginary buzzers) and the obligatory glass of something fizzy. Perfecto!
