Jasper

Husband and I headed to Jasper today in Alberta to meet with some of the friends we play dungeons and dragons with online. They are from Colorado and we hadn't met them before they have been holidaying in Canada so we decided to meet up. We had a lovely hike then a swim in the lake. The scenery was breathtaking. An elk wandered right next to us at the lake! Then we had a meal in a pub in town before we headed home. 4 hours there and back and even changed time zones! The day was totally worth it. We are looking forward to exploring more of Canada! I have so many pictures so made a wee collage of some of them.
