Peacock

the first one this year, on my buddliea bush, rather battered looking though  :)

This morning I thought a small white (extra)? was my blip for the day, so imagine my delight in seeing the peacock mid afternoon - its just lucky I had come down to refill my water bottle, otherwise I would have missed it!

Also saw a couple of gatekeepers, but they were too flighty today!

Watching the opening ceremony for the Commonwealth Games tonight.  Interesting history - and rather a creepy 6 foot high bull on there just now!!
