Solitary Bee

I'm reading lots about insect decline.. But to be honest the solution seems fairly easy.
We've happily let lots of our garden go wilder, sure we've sown a few packs of native wildflower seeds* but it's really a low effort option..
With the plus of less mowing & weeding.

And the benefits seem visibly obvious. More variety of butterflies, more bees, more spiders.

*I say sown, but I mean scattered in a haphazard way.

A poor night's sleep collided with an early volunteer shift to leave me feeling sub-optimal all day, so an early night tonight as there's a lot of minibus driving to be done tomorrow.
