Yesterday

It is a day for visiting. My daughter has borrowed the  car and taken my grandson to visit friends and family.  Today's photo was taken yesterday, but found it hard not to share with you. This shot was taken at Dalegarth station looking up Eskdale towards the village of Boot.  I like this view as it has lone trees, mountains, farm buildings and at this time of the year, greenery.
Laal Ratty is the name locals give the Eskdale and Ravenglass Railway, a railway originally built for carrying ores from the many mines.
