Oh Yes! It's Saturday.

Out of the house at 7.40 for a quick hour around Ashton Court on my mountain bike and back. I love mountain biking with company but I also love going on my own - I might focus a bit more on my own!

A beautiful ride and a lovely, fresh, morning.

Now back home and now that it's 9.33 am it's off to football with Son #1 and #2. Who said you can't find time to relax at the weekend?
