Taking the Pisces.....

Day 4:

Today, we took a train down to Naples, where the natives were incredibly friendly!

I met lots of lovely people who kept offering me 'protection'....totally unnecessary, but much appreciated.  One charming fellow told me I'd better be careful, or I'd be 'sleeping with da fishes', but as I told him, I'm a very good swimmer so he needn't worry about me dozing off mid-crawl.

In other news, I was alarmed to see that the scaffolding continues to be up round the Tower of Pisa.  All those years, and it's still not straight......
