Wide Wednesday - Something Red

This magnificent building may not be a bright red, but, like yesterday's tenement, it was made with the traditional 'red' sandstone that is so typical of Glasgow.

This is my alma mater which I attended in the late 1960s when it was Jordanhill College of Education. It has recently been converted into luxury apartments and the extensive grounds have been built on.

I enjoyed a nostalgic walk round the area this afternoon.
