Autumn is around the corner

The number of dried up yellow leaves in the ground gives everything an Autumnal vibe.  Ripe beries definitely do.

My morning running is harder and harder to start.

I found my paid employment challenging. Having taken 2 days off the work has just piled up and I'd hoped for more time off next week but it already feels at risk.

A surprise visit from my sister, on route from the garage and also having a tough day.  With granola bars.

I'd planned on visiting Angelique after work but didn't finish yntil late and was not good company by then. Postponed. A parkrun job was also postponed.
