Our New Mailbox

My granddaughter was happy to be the one to check the mail today. Our new mailbox is Amish-made. My husband liked it because it looks like our pole barn.
I tried to take a different photo, but couldn't change my lens. I only have one F series lens. I have an FTZ adapter for my other lenses. I tried to remove the body mount cover on the FTZ to attach it to the camera, but got it stuck. I was turning it counter-clockwise to take it off. It turns out that Nikon does clockwise to loosen and counterclockwise to tighten. After all these years, I had never noticed. Thank goodness my husband was able to get the cover off.
