Yes, I was up with the alarm again and in the park before 7:00 to keep up the Couch-to-5k progress.
The core 30 minutes is still quite low intensity, but at week 9 I should be running for all of it. Adding a 10 minute warm up and 10 minutes stretching at the end, gives me a useful 50 minute session.
By then I am gasping for coffee, of course, and halfway through the 2nd cup I am gasping for breakfast. Anyway, it rattles my cage and that is a good thing.
The rest of the day was busy but not interesting.
