Better planned day
I’ve split my tablets 1/2 before and 1/2 for after. I was told it would be hard especially as the other knee is so bad. But splitting pain tablets definitely helped. My husband suggested beans on toast, I protested at so much so I ate half and left half, it was good. Then for tea we had M&S Cheese and ham chicken, it’s easy and hubby can do it. It was delicious with few peas, followed by the rest of the strawberries and yogurt. Now to let it settle and ‘enjoy’ the news. I’m hoping we can get out for a short time tomorrow. So I can blip the outside world! Enjoy your evening.
