View from Sharrowbay

Afternoon tea at Sharrowbay Hotel Ullswater. Today is my birthday and this is my birthday treat. At one time I would treat myself by hillwalking or rockclimbing. Last year cycling around the Solway Coast. This year was a bit more sedentary. The tea was excellent and the view superb even though the weather was changeable (2 ins of hailstones on the flat roof when we got home.) Altogether a very pleasant outing.
