Its been snowing and hailing. The temperature drops so quickly, it is surprising. We have had warm growing weather. Renewed energy and hope. Not dashed hope, but weariness. The reminder on the ground of last years floods and failed harvests. The farmer went in and fertilised this ground today. Helping what is left to stay strong. Its enough teased patience.
