One of many reference books for #CesareAldo

Having added a contact form to my author website, readers of the Cesare Aldo have asking me some fascinating questions about the historical thriller novels set in Renaissance Florence.

One such question was about how I gathered information on the city’s Jewish commune. There were a lot of sources, including a Jewish walking tour, but this volume offered some useful context (even if Florentine Jews were not put into a ghetto until some years after my novels are set).
