Wizard’s way. First day,
up hill. Raindrops slip through leaves.
Shared cookies, sheer edge.

First proper holiday day today, following last week’s Covid derailment. Kept things mainly on track for the duration of jobs and shopping with the promise of a walk in the woods this afternoon. 
There was an ice cream van in the car park which caused some mithering but we’d taken our own cookies to share (always planning ahead!) The route we picked was not treacherous, so I wasn’t too worried about footing but it was exciting enough that Ben felt adventurous, win:win!
