Needles

This morning for the second appointment I went to a physiotherapist for a bike fitting. Me and my bike are well adjusted, but due to a small twist in my hips it turned out that my right hip had blockages. After a dry needling treatment I cycled home with a lot of muscle pain. It is to be expected that the blockage has been lifted and that I will be rid of my deaf fingers while cycling. I will be very pleased with that.
On my way back I stopped to find a geocache.

Much later today, our neighbour's son rang the doorbell to inform us of his father's death.
We are all very sad about this sudden death.
