Reading Record

My monthly record of books I have read. By far the best is not shown here because I left it in Norway for M to read,. That was "Black Gold, the history of how coal made Britain" by Jeremy Paxman. Hugely interesting.  The impact of coal on our country all the way through to today.    Highly recommended
The books in the Blip are pretty average in comparison.  The Book Club read was Like Water for Chocolate which is exotic and unusual and has been made into a film and a ballet.
