Skyliner model

We originally wanted to go to some seaside amusement parks today, but we were tired and had been fighting, so we decided to sleep in today.

This afternoon, Jill suggested Lakemont Park. It's about an hour away. Its star attraction, Leap the Dips, is closed, but the other big coaster was open. We also missed the kiddy coaster, which the park only started allowing adults to ride this year. It was closed for maintenance as well.

We rode Skyliner, which is in rough shape, and the go karts. Then we went in the store and bought shirts and knickknacks. In the store is this model of Skyliner.

I bought 20 pitches in the batting cage. I got one hit, two fouls and 17 swings and a miss. Oof! That was tough. But it was still fun.

Afterward we found a wonderful restaurant with great drinks.
