Monday Walk

The weather was cold, windy and a little wet. This did not deter our depleted group of 7 in quest of a coffee and scone at the end of a 2 hour adventure. We walked up Mulgans track and the top photo looks back across the Christchurch estuary with the tide out. The city in the background, is hidden under low cloud. The second photo, taken from the top, looks east towards and equally cloudy Sumner. We descended on the Zig Zag track and managed to remain relatively dry.
