England Day 2 - Cornwall

Cornwall in a day! We did our best. Where has the nice British weather gone, a day of mizzel. The photos top left to bottom right:

Lands End
The most westerly point of mainland England. It’s taken us 3 years to get here from John o’ Groats.

Minack Theatre
An open air theatre built into the cliff. Unfortunately we didn’t pre-book to visit. 

Lizard Point Lighthouse 
The most southerly point of mainland Britain. 

St Michael Mount
Linked to Marazion by a causeway. It is the Cornish counterpart to Mount Saint Michel in Normandy although over three times the size. 

Swanpool Beach, Falmouth 
For the first 15 years of my life we came here on holiday. My dad drove us through the night from Aberdeen after stopping work on the Friday. 

Mevagissey
Nipped in past to get some fish n chips. Sunny photos from ShanWilliams earlier this month.
