A busy day

After Sue left to prepare for her niece’s 40th, wee Mags took us out for breakfast. The service was appalling and put us on a challenge to get her home, before we needed to head out to the theatre. We made it by the skin of our teeth by Ubering there so we didn’t have to worry about parking.

We made it to our seats just as the main performer started the opening song. A great show that is a tribute to Whitney Houston with the audience clearly Whitney fans up on their feet and dancing a good part of the time.

A quick stop for a bit of supper and some lovely red wine, then home. It was really liberating to just pop in and out of taxis which we don’t do enough of really.

It’s been a fun weekend!
